What Peat Plaster™ is
Peat Plaster™ is a natural product made out of ground peat. It can be applied on indoor walls and ceilings as well as on furniture. Depending on the outcome wanted, Peat Plaster™ can be applied manually with the scrapper or it can be sprayed. It is a liquid/paste product and we sell it in 3.5 litre & 10 litre pails.
Manually applied, our Peat Plaster™ can generate exquisitely beautiful and unique nonuniform textures. Depending on the skills of the person applying it, various textures and designs can be obtained, from smooth surfaces to rough and 3D-like textures. Please see below a few samples of Peat Plaster™ manually applied (the wide stripes).
Peat Plaster™ can be sprayed as well. This technique allows for a uniform, homogeneous texture, if this is the desired outcome. Please see below a few samples of sprayed Peat Plaster™ (the narrow stripes).
